Introduction
In this project-website, I will tell you about the Planes, Guns and many other weapons used during the time of world war one.
But first here is some information on the war its self. World war one lasted 4 years. From 28th of July 1914, untill the 11th of November 1918. The war was major and centred in Europe. World war one started when Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand and his wife were shot dead in their visit to Austria-Hungary. Every day thousands of people died fighting for their country in the wet, cold trenches of Europe. In the trenches many people got lots of diseases like trench foot, when harmful bacteria ate away your flesh on you feet and legs. That is caused by keeping your feet in cold, unclean water for weeks or more(Below).
